Deanne Jones is our Compliance and Business Manager, involved with regulatory matters and holding all sides of the business to a high standard. She also deals with the finances and accounts for Hearnden Associates.
Claire Peverley joined us in 2003 and has been involved in all aspects of the business and is now our Accounts and Payroll Manager. Claire is a special guardian to her granddaughter and when she can, she escapes to the swimming pool.
Alison Wheeler has been part of the team at Hearnden Associates since 2001 and works for the company three days a week. She provides support for our investment, savings and pension business, with duties including the production of reports and handling of telephone enquiries. When not at work, Alison's second home is the local health club where she enjoys keeping fit with various exercise classes and the gym. She has a love for travel and exploring the world. She also enjoys decorating and maintaining the family home and garden.
Patricia Ormiston-Stables originally worked as an adviser at Hearnden Associates and after a career break due to family commitments, returned to the company in 2023. She provides support for our investment, savings and pension business and works from her West Country home. When not at work, Patricia enjoys family time, together with their dogs, cats and horses.
Joanne Caddamy CeMAP joined Hearnden Associates in 2015 after a career break from the financial services industry. Joanne passed her mortgage exams, including equity release in 2019, adding to her existing financial qualifications. During the two days a week she works, Joanne is responsible for ensuring all mortgage applications are processed as efficiently as possible. She liaises with lenders and clients to obtain mortgage offers and then continues to monitor their progress through to completion. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog and baking.
Moira Martin-Skinner is the face of Hearnden Associates and has been greeting clients and answering your calls since joining us in the Spring of 2018. She keeps the office running and assists with everything from opening the post and monitoring our emails to helping with investment and mortgage administration. Outside work, Moira enjoys keeping fit, live music gigs and spending time with friends and family.
Ethan Nunns DipPP has been part of the team since summer 2019 after graduating from University of Chester with a 2:1 in Economics. He has recently become a qualified paraplanner, putting his degree to good use by assisting the investment team and working closely with our financial advisers, researching and preparing pension and investment reports for our clients. When not at work, Ethan enjoys playing football with his friends.
Lizzie Irving is our Practice Manager. She joined us just weeks before lockdown in March 2020 and has since been expanding her knowledge in all areas of the business, with a particular focus on investments. Her role supports the advisers to provide the best outcomes for our clients, whilst also being heavily involved with the health & safety and HR. When not at work, Lizzie enjoys exploring and making memories with her husband and two sons.
Gemma Baker is our Later Life Manager and is primarily responsible for overseeing our Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) service. She also assists with death claims and probate, aiming to provide sensitive and helpful support when our clients need it most. When Gemma is not juggling working life alongside mum life with her three daughters, she enjoys socialising with friends and being an athlete which includes going to the gym, doing park runs and climbing mountains!
Conor Dickson joined the team in the summer of 2024, starting his career in the financial services as an apprentice. He brings enthusiasm to the pensions and investments team whilst studying for his financial services qualifications, as he strives towards his Financial Adviser/Paraplanner qualifications. When Conor is not at work, he spends his time playing football, golfing and at the gym. If it isn’t something active, he is socialising with friends.
Harriet Claire joined in March 2025, in the midst of the busiest tax year end to date. Harriet, having previously worked as cabin crew for British Airways, made the move to the financial industry working for an investment and pension platform provider, provides administrative support to advisers and clients alike. When not at work, she likes to go running with friends, followed by a coffee and spending time with family.
Ollie Brown joined the team in February 2025, starting his career in the financial services as an apprentice. He took a particular interest in the economy, business and finance throughout his time at school. Alongside studying for his financial services qualifications, Ollie enjoys his role within the team performing admin tasks, liaising with providers and building client relationships. Outside of work he enjoys the gym and spending time with family and friends.
